Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you access CoinMakerHub, create an account, or purchase a subscription.
1. Operator and contact
CoinMakerHub is provided by Ievgen Novobranets, operating from ul. Obornicka 81a/6 51-114 Wroclaw. Tax ID: 8952294800.
Questions about the service or a payment can be sent to support@coinmakerhub.com.
2. The service
CoinMakerHub is a market analytics service. It displays crypto order books, trades, liquidity-wall events, historical market information, and user-configured alerts. Available exchanges, markets, features, and data coverage may change over time.
CoinMakerHub is not an exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, or trading signal provider. We do not execute transactions or hold customer funds or crypto assets.
3. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The service is generally available worldwide, except where access or sale is prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, regulatory requirements, or cannot be supported by our payment provider.
You must not use the service on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity, from a location where the service is prohibited, or in a way that would cause us to breach Polish or European Union law.
4. Accounts
Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.
5. Plans, payment, and renewal
Monitor costs USD 19 per month and Pro costs USD 39 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. The price, billing interval, and plan are shown again before payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Taxes may be added where required and will be shown during Checkout.
6. Immediate service and EU withdrawal
Before Checkout, you may expressly request immediate access during the statutory withdrawal period. If you are an EU consumer and exercise a legal withdrawal right after service has begun, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service supplied before we received your request. Any remaining refundable amount will be returned using the original payment method.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the billing portal. An ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and refund details, including the 48-hour accidental-renewal request window, are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Market risk and data limitations
Crypto markets are volatile and carry a risk of substantial loss. Market data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by exchange-side errors. A liquidity wall, trade, alert, or historical pattern is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset. You remain solely responsible for trading and risk-management decisions.
9. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access or plan limits, probe security, misuse another person's account, resell access without permission, or use CoinMakerHub for unlawful activity. Automated access is not permitted unless we expressly provide or approve an API for that purpose.
10. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or the availability of every exchange, pair, event, or alert. Maintenance, provider outages, exchange changes, and circumstances outside our control may interrupt data or delivery. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.
11. Intellectual property
CoinMakerHub software, interface, branding, and original content belong to the operator or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your access remains active.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or where required by applicable law, sanctions, a court or regulator, or a mandatory payment-provider restriction. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and allow it to be corrected.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CoinMakerHub is supplied without guarantees of trading results, uninterrupted data, or fitness for a particular trading strategy. We are not responsible for trading losses or decisions made using market information from the service.
14. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections and the right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date and version identify the applicable text. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact support@coinmakerhub.com with questions.
