Privacy Policy
How CoinMakerHub uses account, billing, product, and technical information.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Ievgen Novobranets, ul. Obornicka 81a/6 51-114 Wroclaw. Tax ID: 8952294800. Privacy questions can be sent to support@coinmakerhub.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, password hash, and Google account link.
- Subscription records, Stripe customer references, plan, payment status, and invoices.
- Markets, alert rules, notification settings, and other choices saved in your account.
- Support messages and information you choose to include in them.
- Technical information such as session identifiers, IP address, browser details, security events, errors, and service logs.
- If you accept optional product analytics: coarse page names, feature events, your opaque internal account ID when signed in, access level, aggregate item counts, and exchange name. Analytics events exclude email addresses, names, market symbols, form contents, session recordings, and URL query parameters.
- Records showing when and which version of legal or subscription terms you accepted.
Stripe processes payment-card details. CoinMakerHub does not store your full card number.
3. Why we use information
- To create and secure your account and provide the features you request.
- To process subscriptions, restore paid access, handle cancellations, and answer support requests.
- To deliver alerts, including Web Push when you enable it.
- To prevent abuse, diagnose failures, protect the service, and improve reliability.
- With your consent, to understand which product flows are used and where registration, monitoring, alert, or subscription flows are abandoned.
- To comply with tax, accounting, consumer, sanctions, and other legal obligations.
Depending on the situation, processing is based on performance of our contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, or consent where the law requires it.
4. Service providers
We use providers that help operate CoinMakerHub, including Stripe for payments, Google when you choose Google sign-in, email-delivery providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, Sentry for privacy-filtered error monitoring, PostHog Cloud EU for optional product analytics, and browser push-notification services. They receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own terms or our instructions.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside Poland or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Optional PostHog product analytics is directed to its EU Cloud ingestion service hosted in Frankfurt.
6. Cookies and browser storage
CoinMakerHub always uses storage needed to operate the service, such as the signed-in session, security and trial identifiers, interface preferences, and Web Push subscription data. Optional PostHog analytics is disabled until you accept it. If accepted, PostHog uses browser local storage to maintain a pseudonymous analytics identifier; CoinMakerHub also stores your analytics choice locally. You can reject or withdraw this choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies or send marketing email.
7. Retention
Account and subscription data is kept while your account is active and afterward where needed for legal claims, accounting, fraud prevention, or statutory retention. Market-history availability follows your plan. Security and diagnostic logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Optional analytics is retained according to the configured PostHog project retention and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Legal acceptance records may be retained to show which terms applied to a transaction.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact support@coinmakerhub.com to make a request. EU and EEA users may also complain to the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or their local supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
10. Children
CoinMakerHub is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
11. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The version and effective date at the top identify the current policy.
